Hello Elevation family,
Chaos or not, God has been using Elevation and all the people who attend in incredible ways. We see evidence that God is at work in and through Elevation: a robust “internet campus”, a blessed summer of live service under the Redwoods, changed lives through God’s Word, spiritual growth through God’s Spirit, some new attendees, (especially online), and best of all, we are a healthy church. We’ve had some really great things happening in our small groups this year and through the Sunday teaching ministry. Also, we have had the opportunity to serve those in need, hands-on several times this year.
Mission is happening! Our pastor has trained 75+ leaders in Nepal and Myanmar through online technology and our church is now supporting 3 foreign missionaries, in Belize, South Africa, and Malawi as well as supporting Global Training Network, and Valley Churches United monthly. Mike Snyder’s 2020 trip to Malawi saw a new church plant nurtured and hundreds prayed to receive Christ. John Broersma’s Authentic Discipleship materials are being utilized globally to teach Christians and are now being translated into languages in Africa! We may not be a large church, but we are making a LARGE impact locally, regionally, and globally!
Would you prayerfully consider an end-of-year gift to Elevation?
At the close of 2020, which is halfway through our current fiscal year (July 1–June 30), we are currently behind budget by $6,328. Would you prayerfully consider giving a special year-end offering to help us catch up to budget? We invite you to pray and respond to whatever God sets on your heart.
As always, you can give online at the Elevation website https://www.elevationsc.org/give-online/.
You can also respond financially through our mailing address (Elevation, PO Box 66598 Scotts Valley, CA 95067).
For 2020 tax purposes, all offerings must be received postmarked no later than December 31st. 2020.
2020 has been quite a year for Elevation. We look forward to serving Jesus in 2021, and we especially look forward to being together live, in-person, and in a room again!
God has great things in mind!
