Our church is passionate about sharing the love and grace and truth of Jesus in all the corners of the world. One way we do this is by going on short-term mission trips.

Our Mission Team would love to have everyone come along, but we realize that isn’t possible. If you’re interested in joining one of our upcoming mission trips, there are some preliminary steps to take. All the forms you will need are available online and linked below.
- Each participant will need to submit an application that our Mission Team Leaders will review. There may be a limited number of spaces, so it is important to form the team early.
- All applicants will need a recommendation from a current or former Pastor or Ministry Leader.
- Once your application is approved, there are some other important pieces of information and forms to submit.

Pastor or Ministry Leader Recommendation Form
All Short-Term Mission participants will need a reference from a current or former pastor or another ministry leader. We want to make sure that every person who takes part in one of our mission trips is a good fit for the mission team and the ministries we serve.

Required Forms for Participants
When you are notified that we received your registration, and before it’s official, you must agree to a few things here.
You will also need to fill out a medical information form. This will ensure that your health care provider, medical emergency information, and insurance information is available to the Mission Team Leader just in case. Please read and submit the form here.
